But when a guest, moreover, a very nice family with a son staying for two weeks in our family rental at Sheraton Plaza, coldly calculates to rip you off, we have seen it all.

Being the professional host in Hurghada that we are known to be, consequently, we bent over backwards arranging things for this family.

After all, we want the guests comfort to be in focus and, thus, a high standard on our vacation rentals in Hurghada is a must.

Obviously, all our efforts for this family wasn’t good enough so they decided to both steal and rip us off in a very coldly calculated manner.

And then some.

Guests, for the most part, loves a stay in our short-term rentals in Hurghada.

So did this family, we arranged for them to get 20 more coat hangers for their clothes, private airport transfer, late check-out for a very heavily discounted fee, in a word, accommodating to say the least.

The feedback from the family was; “super apartment, all is excellent, we love it!”.

Genuine appreciation of all the efforts taken for their comfort when in our rental apartments in Hurghada.

Or so we thought.

The guests decided to conveniently leave 15 minutes before agreed meeting time and, furthermore, decided to;

• Bring back souvenirs in the shape of 20 brand new hand delivered coat hangers
• Not pay the additional agreed fee for the late check-out
• Leave the door wide open (and we do mean open for anyone to enter)
• Leave the apartment keys with an unknown party

It Can Be Challenging To Be A Leading Host In Hurghada

Being a professional host in Hurghada, correspondingly, we just take one on the chin and move forward.

Forward together with guests who will, in contrast to the guests mentioned above, really appreciate what we do.

Namely, offering excellent vacation rentals as a professional host in Hurghada.

However, onwards and upwards as they say.

We love our guests, in spite of some bad apples, so we won’t let this drag us down albeit a bit demotivating.

At least, on the other hand, we know rest safe that a family in Europe have an additional 20 brand new coat hangers at their disposal……
