Even though Tiba View T89 isn’t one of our 2021 award winning holiday rentals, we are very sure that it will be one in the very near future once released to the rental market.

Being even closer located to El Gouna than Tiba Resort, and with a stunning unobstructed 270° panoramic sea view from the top floor corner balcony, Tiba View T89 will be a sure hit.

We are in the midst of planning how to furnish and decorate this sea view vacation rental in Hurghada and we are indeed making some good progress.

As with all our rental apartments in Hurghada, we have already made some improvements after snagging the apartment from the developer as our definition of “good standard” differ from what most developers in Egypt say is “good standard”.

The team in Hurghada re-painted the whole unit, replaced tiles, polished and varnished all tree details inside and outside on the balcony, and much more.

And that is even before we have started to furnish the unit so rest assured that Tiba View T89 will maintain the same high western standard as with all our rentals in Hurghada.

Tiba View is becoming increasingly popular not least to the many swimming pools (5) in the compound and one swimming pool with water slides proven very popular with the kids.

2020 Summary

We are continuing with making improvements on all levels and 2021 will be non-different than most of 2020 which was a very busy year for us.

In difficult times due to Covid-19, we helped many stranded tourists when the hotels kicked them out on the street, and despite the dreaded Corona virus, we had a record year when it comes to occupancy and returning guests.
