PayPal

We do accept PayPal on a case by case basis. There are also several other ways to pay if you want to use PayPal and that is simply to book our holiday rentals in Hurghada via a third party booking website that accepts PayPal.

Bank Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express and Discover cards via third party payment companies such as PayPal and Payoneer. If you book via a booking website, such as Booking.com, Expedia, HomeAway, Agoda, Airbnb or TripAdvisor, you will have access to all their offered payment methods, local and international.

Local Bank Transfers (EU/EGY/US)

We accept payments by wire transfer even though we understand that this might not a popular alternative among our payment options. Nevertheless, we do offer the possibility to pay by bank transfer locally in Egypt or in Europe if this is your preferred payment method.

Cryptocurrency

Yes, we are just as modern as our apartments so we do accept most well known cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Namecoin, Dogecoin, Litecoin and Dash. More will be added if there is a demand for it.

Extending Stays

We are glad that you enjoy your stay so much that you want to extend it. Extended stays can be paid using cash, bank transfers, cryptocurrencies, credit cards, and, on a case by case basis, PayPal.

Cash

Cash is accepted but a certain amount of the total must be paid beforehand by wire, cryptocurrency or PayPal. The remaining amount can be paid in cash in selected currency to our local staff in Hurghada.

Please note: We are always trying to accommodate our clients and customers the best way we possibly can and we realise that each rental is different. So contact us if you have questions, concerns or any other special requests in regards to the payment and we will try and be as flexible as we can. Our aim is to make our clients as happy and comfortable as we can.

Mandatory one-time cleaning fee for one (1) cleaning done before your stay included a fresh set of towels and linens: Tiba Resort: €25/stay, Sheraton Plaza 414 & 415: €25

Mandatory one-time cleaning fee for one (1) cleaning done before each stay for the Sheraton Plaza large apartment (414/415 combined) for 2-4prs included a set of fresh towels and linens: €47/stay

Check-in is a time agreed between 3PM. Check-out is a time agreed between 9AM-12PM. Outside of these hours is on a case-by-case basis and subject to additional fees for late/early check-ins and/or check-outs.

Fees for early check-ins / late check-outs (outside of regular hours) covering costs for arranging keys with security, extra gas and staff time, extra trips for visiting guests the following day for checklist, etc; €20 per check-in/check-out + an extra days stay needs to be booked accordingly.

All apartments are freshly cleaned and delivered with one-set of fresh linens and towels upon check-in.
