Exceptional Room 415 was excellent, comfortable and clean,
Although just off Sheraton Street it's very quiet.
WiFi was very strong and fast,
Bathroom was clean mop & bucket their,
Also I noticed a vacum in the cupboard & even a hairdryer.
Washing machine was excellent as I used it a few times. Also beach towels on the bed when I arrived, a few nice touches.
Location is excellent,
Gomla supermarket nearby and El Sakia Beach, 50LE daily, nice small beach, management nice guys and always available.
I cant complain I enjoyed it all.

😞 - To much paperwork after booking, a bit annoying considering that there's no good wifi in Egypt. Also the firts price in booking it's not real, then they charge you some fees like water and electricity.

The Wi-Fi was as promised, the fastest and most reliable I have had in my numerous stays in Hurghada.Disliked·The only thing I felt that the property needed was somewhere comfortable to sit, other than on the bed. I missed not having a balcony but I noticed other apartments in the building did have balconies so maybe next time I would choose one of these.

Very good hello I wanted to thank you for the hospitality my partner and I had a great time in this apartment,
I think the area where it is located is very good just a few minutes from the beach and the supermarket.
the guys at the reception were very kind and always available to answer any doubts I had and to recommend places and tours that were worth doing
i am so glad i spent 9 nights here i would highly recommend budget friendly and well kept

We had the pleasure of staying with this host during our stay in Hurghada and we could not be more satisfied.
The apartments are being very well taken care of and the guest hospitality, from the host and the entire team, was splendid to say the least.
Nothing was too big to ask and they were always available even on odd hours.
We started staying at Tiba Resort and then, thanks to the hosts generosity, we got a few free nights at Sheraton Plaza close to the New Marina.
Excellent WIFI at Sheraton Plaza where the host have spent quite a lot to make things as comfortable as possible.
An absolute recommend and we will certainly be back again in the future.

Apartment P4 at Tiba Resort is a nice, simple, and clean apartment right next to the pool. Everything inside the apartment is clean and new. Close enough to the sea that you can walk there. Also has a small mini-market. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend for a clean, simple, budget apartment option in Hurghada The room was very clean and tidy. The WiFi was excellent. The communication with the owner, Patrick, was prompt and helpful. Nice view of the pool. A/C was excellent.
The selection of glasses, plates, and cutlery in the kitchenette was limited, but not a major issue. The outside of the building is a bit rough looking, but once inside everything is very clean and modern.
