Now, GAD by Sheraton Plaza Hurghada serves the dish “Foul” which is not in the western meaning of the same but very traditional Fava Beans with vegetable oil, cumin, and optionally with chopped parsley, garlic, onion, lemon juice, chili pepper, vegetables, herb and various spice ingredients.
