They are, in fact, Official Booking.com Preferred Partner properties.

Now, seeing that many hosts in Hurghada misrepresent their short-term rental, we are going the opposite way.

We take great pride, with this in mind, to create listings picturing the rental apartments to be exactly as advertised for our guests.

And, indeed, that hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Exactly As Advertised Noticed By Our Guests

We have all been there.

Arriving at that beautiful hotel where, in fact, everything looks good and luxurious.

Arriving at the same hotel, on the negative side, shows another, very un-luxurious, reality.

In several reviews, to point out, our guests have mentioned in their reviews that the apartment they have stayed in is exactly as advertised.

Livius, for the purpose of leisure and kitesurfing visiting from Canada, found that out first hand;

“ The apartment is exactly as in the photos. “

A holiday rental being exactly as advertised, point often overlooked, makes the guest feel comfortable.

Not only do we have great photos, but we also have created 360° virtual tours and videos on our YouTube-channel.

Livius, for instance as being one of our valued guests, also noted how helpful we were all along the stay.

And, in effect, during the whole booking and pre-check-in process.

“ The host was helpful with the check in and everything. “
