Yes, for the purpose of ongoing improvements, we are investing in a big bathroom upgrade in our vacation rentals at Sheraton Plaza.

Since the launch of these short-term rental apartments in 2020, nearby the New Marina on Sheraton Road, we haven’t been happy about the bathroom quality.

We bought the apartments brand new from the builder, with this in mind, one would like to think that they should be in pristine condition.

But, in reality, the quality of the finishing was anything but up to our standards.

The bathroom upgrade, for this reason, is an absolute must and now in the works.

Buying properties in Egypt can be a huge hassle and, more often than not, comes with many problems.

So, we are doing the hard work so that our guests, notably, can stay in a hassle-free holiday rental in Hurghada.

Big Bathroom Upgrade

So, what will then be upgraded in our two Sheraton Plaza bathrooms?

Well, in effect, everything and then some.

We will rip out everything and, thereupon, re-do from scratch to get the quality that we want and not what the builder called “quality” and did not want to take any responsibility.

There will be many improvements, such as;

• New floor tiles
• New wall tiles
• New sinks
• New faucets
• Implementing shower cabin
• New toilets
• Improved plumbing

And, indeed, some other stuff and improvements in our bathroom upgrade.
