We have a local team at Sheraton Plaza who usually responds very fast should there be any kind of problems and problems show their ugly face when you perhaps least expect it.

It is part of the process and it happens in five star hotels as with any budget accommodation and everything in between as we all know happening in our very own homes from time to time.
