We have now landed in Hurghada and we have been out on the first round of inspections and our first stop was Sheraton Plaza located very close to the New Marina and Sheraton Road.

We can see excellent finish in details, much better than we originally expected, but with the sad consequence of further delays of this excellent project and we cant wait to get these out on the rental market for other people to enjoy as much as we do.

We also met with the great team at Rivermead Global which is always a delight as they are truly a great team and should be the first stop shop for anyone wanting to buy the best developments that Hurghada has to offer.

The Internet connection in Hurghada is a bit unreliable and we are in and out of meetings (read: dip in the sea, pools and stuffing ur face with great sea food and other delicacies) so updates might be far in between but we will surely make up for that once we are back in office.

The good news is that we will maintain our low rental rates despite the fact that we are getting busier by the day as demand grows.
