It is time for the Summer 2019 Inspection Tour inspecting the current state of our holiday rentals in Hurghada and the compounds where the rental apartments are situated.
This summer 2019 Inspection Tour are non-different than the other inspection tours we have carried out throughout the years to make sure that we maintain the standard that we are known to uphold.
Summer 2019 Inspection Tour of Tiba Resort
Our three holiday rentals in Hurghada located at Tiba Resort were launched already in early 2017 and really took off this year with the booming tourism industry coming back to Hurghada even though we had decent occupancy already last year.
We will make an inspection to confirm that maintenance are being kept to a high standard and that our holiday rentals at Tiba Resort Hurghada are all in mint condition.
Summer 2019 Inspection Tour of Sheraton Plaza in Central Hurghada
Centrally located Sheraton Plaza, situated only 2mins walk from the New Marina, 75m from Sheraton Road and only 200m from Sherry Street, are high on our inspection list and will be scrutinized the most.
We have three holiday rentals at Sheraton Plaza Hurghada.
Two studios and one large 78 square meter rental apartment with two kitchens, two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms ideal for 2-4 persons traveling together with privacy in mind.
Sheraton Plaza should have been launched a long time ago but we will not launch anything we can’t stand behind and we feel more work was needed in our centrally located vacation rentals at Sheraton Plaza in Hurghada.
We think we are at that point in time where we can possibly move forward even with Sheraton Plaza as the location itself obligates us to really maintain a very good standard and value for money at the same time.
Summer 2019 Inspection Tour of The Up and Coming Tiba View
We are super excited to be able to snag and conclude our sea view holiday rental with balcony at Tiba View Hurghada.
We hope to be able to furnish the studio very soon with a tentative launch date of October, 2019.
This will be a true gem with a super nice panoramic sea view and five(!) swimming pools including water slides in one of those pools.
The summer 2019 inspection tour at Tiba View will include a lot of things but since the project are brand new, we will have our work cut out for us.
During the summer 2019 tour (Aug 17 – Aug 26) we will probably not be very active in neither our blog nor social media but we will have loads to report when we are back.
