We have received a few new pictures from Sheraton Plaza showing some activity and progress albeit not as much as we would have want to see at this point.

We believe that Sheraton Plaza will be completed and furnished in February, 2017, but we will do our outmost to get it ready much sooner as the interest to rent these apartments, much due to excellent location, great facilities and super finish, is quite high already now.
