The team has been working relentlessly throughout most parts of 2020 in an uphill battle for the entire tourism industry in Hurghada with all the Covid-19 related issues impacting all of us.

As mentioned, we have made vast improvements in all our vacation rentals in Hurghada with installing washing machines, iron, ironing boards, re-painting, installing water filters, improving cleanliness and investing in much better cleaning equipment, and many, many other things in the actual apartments.

Later, also in 2020, the high standard in Sheraton Plaza 415, a holiday rental very close to the New Marina, lead us to become accredited as a Booking.com Preferred Partner for that property as well.

We have been given great feedback from most of our guests but there are always room for improvements and we never stop becoming better.

Non Constructive Reviews Lead To A Better Check-In Experience

We are always very keen on positive feedback but also on anything that can be improved and we have received many suggestions which some we have implemented.

We have listened to guests that wanted the possibility to wash their own clothes so we installed washing machines in all our holiday rentals in Hurghada to get a head start for 2021.

To further improve that head start for 2021, we took even further steps and installed water filters at Tiba Resort and iron and ironing boards in all our short-term rentals in Hurghada.

The non-constructive feedback came from guests that threatened us with bad online reviews if they did not get a full/partial refund for things that we knew were not true and some guests never even checked in but still left a review as they had.

Based on those experiences, we have implemented a thorough check-in / check-out list that we go through with the guest to solve any kind of problems right there on the spot and for us to show the guest how things operate in our vacation rentals in Hurghada.

That could be everything from how the water heater works to how the shower blender works to how the TV works and check batteries so everything is working properly  by switching the items on/off.
