Never have we experienced any writers block as there is always something to write about when it comes to our short term rental apartments in Hurghada at Tiba Resort, Tiba View, Sheraton Plaza and Hurghada in general.

No wonder that we feel that writing 500 blog posts doesn’t really feel like writing 500 blog posts but time flies when you have fun, feel motivated and carry a true passion for what you do.

Our motivation for keep interesting articles about our vacation rentals in Hurghada, and all other subjects that we have, and will cover in the future, comes from all the positive feedback we get from our valued guests from all over the world.

Our true passion is to offer very affordable short-term vacation rentals in Hurghada with western standards and our journey getting to that point.

There has been many ups and downs, but after 6 years of ongoing improvements, adjustments not least from genuine feedback from our guests, we think that we have managed to crack the code to a comfortable and very affordable stay in Hurghada.

The 500 blog posts really is a story about the good, the bad and the ugly, of what we have gone through since we decided to enter into the rental property market in Hurghada with our own fully owned rental apartments at Tiba View, Tiba Resort and Sheraton Plaza.

And boy, what a journey its been to say the least.

Started Our 500 Blog Posts In A Deserted Tourism Landscape

When we first arrived in Hurghada, it was a deserted place when it came to international visitors after a plane was shot down and Hurghada was a deserted landscape with very few visitors.

We were considered nuts to invest in such a destination and at that very place in time but we like a good challenge so we rolled up our sleeves and got down and dirty with a lot of problems to be solved which is something our 500 blog posts really reflect.

Everything from big delays in completion of our Sheraton Plaza apartments, to developers handing over sub-standard units with no professionalism whatsoever and very little consideration to their clients, to a vast number of problems needed to be solved.

But we took the steep learning curve, with a lots of ups but just as many downs, to optimize everything we could based on feedback and our own first-hand experiences in the international rental property market in Asia and in Europe.

And wow, could we write a book about everything we experienced since we started our journey offering short-term holiday rentals in Hurghada until this very day.

The 500 Blog Post Marks The End Of The Old – In With The New

As we have now entered into 2021, all the changes and improvements we have achieved in our holiday rentals in Hurghada, brings us into a new phase where we refine and optimize our business, services and apartments as much as possible down to the very small details.

Part of the exciting new stuff will be the launch of our sea view rental apartment Tiba View T89 sometime in 2021 but sooner rather than later.

We know that quite a few of our guests are very interested in this rental studio with a nice balcony situated on the top floor on the very corner ensuring great privacy.

We will continue to report all developments even after hitting 500 blog posts as we have much more to come even though the tourism in Hurghada right now is basically almost exactly as it was when we enter into the rental market, very slow.
