Our biggest disappointment is towards the developer, Pyramids Estate, and how late they are completing Sheraton Plaza Hurghada and with a certain arrogance towards their clients to go with the same. Not good at all.
But that is our worry and not our clients because we handle all of that.

The lifts are in and working but need some tweaking. Nothing major.
The swimming pool looks nice but the pool area needs a good cleaning and the whole building needs a real good cleaning from top to bottom.
It is our hope that the WIFI is up and running real soon and that the tweaks here and there are being attended to in a timely manner.
