Sheraton Plaza by The New Marina are our latest new additions and part of our portfolio of new holiday homes in Hurghada going live 2020.

The soft launch of Sheraton Plaza has already been made and more about that in a moment.

We have poured our hearts and souls into getting these rental apartments in Hurghada up to a standard that we wanted them to be and not in the state that the developer thought was “good enough”.

That included ripping out all floor tiles in all the apartments, replace the tiles with proper tiles and laying the tiles with proper workmanship and quality and then, wait for it as we had to do much more, re-paint all apartments from top to bottom.

But we are finally there but not thanks to a resistant developer being delayed with everything that possibly could be delayed.

We have seen other attempts in other rental apartments in Hurghada to create a Black & White theme but most of them, if not all, didn’t quite make it all the way.

One might think that Black & White should be easy to implement but far from it since we are in Egypt and Hurghada where “easy to find” in Western countries does not necessarily apply where we are.

It took countless hours to find the right décor and furniture without breaking the Black & White theme in an unnatural way.
