The ”No Vacancy Sign” is Up at Tiba Resort

When we started to invest in holiday rentals in Hurghada in 2015, people thought that we were nuts investing into rental apartments in a (then) tourist wasteland but we can now report, a few years later, that we have full occupancy at Tiba Resort next week.

The El Gouna Film Festival has something to do with it of course, but we believe that our competitive rental rates, high service levels, our great team on the ground in Hurghada, and good reviews, have something to do with the fact that we full occupancy at Tiba Resort next week.

But we already know that the overall tourism is on the increase, with Egypt leading, and occupancy levels will absolutely continue to go up.

So how did we do it?

The Long Journey to Achieving Full Occupancy at Tiba Resort Next Week

Hurghada was quickly identified as a good location to offer affordable high quality holiday rentals equipped with what is needed to have a self-serviced home away from home.

As such, a kitchenette is necessary so we implemented that and the utensils needed to cook that home cooked meal if you don’t want to pop down to the Tiba Resort Café to have a pizza or something by the swimming pools.

But the full occupancy at Tiba Resort next week could not have been possible without a great team on the ground taking great care of our holiday rentals in Hurghada and the guests staying in the same.

We try to ensure a strong chain and a positive experience for our guests in our rental apartments in Hurghada.

From the time of the actual booking experience online, to the guest’s actual stay with us in any of our Hurghada holiday rentals, to follow up with the guests to continue our effort to improve ourselves and all our rental apartments in Hurghada.

We can’t wait until our rental apartments at Sheraton Plaza Hurghada, and Tiba View, are ready for rentals and be able to post something similar as “full occupancy at Tiba Resort next week” but for Tiba View and Sheraton Plaza.
